PRE DESIGN

The Pre-Design stage includes site specific research relating to your site and your brief.

It’s an opportunity to meet and get to know you and what your goal in working with an architect is.

Its where we work together to determine exactly what it is we are going to create together and what the process looks like.

Pre-Design includes visiting your site, researching Local Environmental Plans, Development Control Plans, Environmental constraints and also Site specific constraints and opportunities.

Pre design is important because, to come up with a great answer to the question, you have to know what the question is and who’s asking it.


CONCEPT DESIGN

Concept design is where pen and paper collide and we start to test the theories and assumptions made about the site and the constraints. The
